Personal data may be retained when you contact us to request for information about a service or to book an appointment or course. We may also use data for record keeping and account keeping.

We will retain your data on an on-going basis if you are a returning client and for up to a year after your last appointment. There may be individual cases where data will need to be kept for longer for example if there has been a complaint made or there is a legal matter outstanding. If you have completed a course from MCCH your name and qualifications are kept on the IIPCH register with your permission and will be removed on your request.
We need to use your data in order to perform the service you request from us and because it is in your own and our legitimate interest to for us to do so.
